TUNIS – UNIVERSNEWS – Le Conseil du Marché Financier (CMF) a été saisi d’une demande de prorogation, jusqu’au 05 septembre prochain, de la date de clôture de l’Offre Publique d’Achat Obligatoire (OPA) à laquelle a été soumise la société Kilani Holding Pharmaceuticals, visant l’acquisition de 10 735 616 actions de la société Adwya représentant 49,868 % du capital de la société.
Acquiestant à cette demande, le CMF, par décision n°25 du 29 août 2022, a décidé de proroger la date de clôture. Les actionnaires intéressés par cette offre sont appelés à transmettre leurs ordres de vente à leur intermédiaire agréé administrateur jusqu’à la date de clôture de l’offre.
