La séance plénière tenue, ce matin du mercredi 16 janvier 2019, à l’Assemblée des représentants du peuple (ARP) a été marquée par un scandale jamais vu au sein de l’hémicycle du Bardo dépassant toutes le limités dans le sens où les élus en sont venus aux mains tout en proférant des insultes, des blasphèmes et autres grossièretés.
A l’origine, une décision prise par le président de l’ARP, Mohamed Ennaceur d’annuler tous les points d’information en dehors de ceux ayant trait, uniquement, à l’ordre du jour, et ce après avoir toléré quelques interventions portant sur la grève générale de demain 17 janvier.
En effet, après avoir énuméré l’ordre de la liste des intervenants, Mohamed Ennaceur, a fait invertir ledit ordre en donnant la parole à Mustapha Ben Ahmed au lieu de Jilani Hammami. Ainsi, sur demande du chef du bloc de la Coalition nationale, le président de l’Assemblée a décidé d’annuler tous les points d’information, ce qui a déplu à Jilani Hammami qui s’est dirigé directement à la présidence.
Sur ce, Mohamed Ennaceur a demandé au service d’ordre de l’expulser de la salle. C’est alors que les choses se sont envenimées avec des dérapages d’ordre verbal avec des propos grossiers de tous genres avant que Walid Jalled n’affiche, par des gestes précis, qu’il est prêt à se battre et à corriger l’élu du Front populaire.
Mais ce dernier, sans se laisser impressionner par le gabarit physique du député de la Coalition, lui a lancé le défi de sortir à l’extérieur pour la bagarre. Il a fallu des interventions de certains « sages » parmi les deux camps pour éviter le pire. Et, bien entendu, le président de l’ARP a fini par lever la séance, la solution la plus raisonnable à adopter sur le coup.
Que peut-on dire après cette nouvelle mascarade à l’Assemblée des représentants du peuple, sinon qu’il faut tirer la sonnette d’alarme et qu’il faut faire quelque chose de sérieux pour éviter, à l’avenir, la répétition de pareilles scènes honteuses ?!
Certaines voix s’élèvent et vont jusqu’à appeler, purement et simplement, à la dissolution de cette ARP. Ils ont l’air de dire : Basta. Trop, c’est trop.
D’autres, résignés, disent qu’étant les représentants du peuple, les élus ne peuvent qu’être à l’image, justement, du peuple. Mais les analystes estiment que ces représentants ne sont pas si représentatifs que ça, même s’ils se targuent d’être en tant que tels.
Or, en réalité, ils sont élus, non pour leur nom ou pour ce qu’ils valent, mais parce qu’ils se trouvent sur une liste d’un parti sans oublier que pour certains d’entre eux ils sont sur une liste élue grâce au reste, soit à peine quelques milliers de voix.
Ce qui est inadmissible, c’est que ces députés osent parler au nom du peuple alors qu’ils savent très bien que ce n’est pas le cas, sans oublier le nomadisme parlementaire dans le sens où un député élu par des citoyens sur la liste d’un parti bien déterminé, n’hésite pas à tromper la confiance de ses électeurs pour changer de parti, ce qui est contraire à toute morale.
Maintenant et après la mascarade calamiteuse de l’épisode d’aujourd’hui, il est temps de se poser des points d’interrogation sur le comportement d’élus censés être parmi la crème de la société tunisienne.
