- Visa du CMF obtenu, souscriptions à partir du 15 décembre 2022
TUNIS – UNIVERSNEWS – Le Conseil du Marché Financier (CMF) a octroyé le 08 décembre 2022 son visa au prospectus portant sur l’Offre à Prix Ferme (OPF), le placement global et l’admission au marché principal de la côte de la Bourse des actions des Assurances Maghrebia Vie.
L’opération porte sur 7 500 000 actions, soit 30% du capital social de la société au prix de 6,080 DT (Valeur Nominale = 1DT), soit une levée totale de 45 600 000 DT répartie comme suit :
- 30 400 000 DT au titre d’une augmentation de capital en numéraire portant le capital de 20 000 000 DT à 25 000 000 DT.
- 15 200 000 DT au titre de la cession d’actions par les anciens actionnaires.
L’offre est distribuée comme suit :
- Une Offre à Prix Ferme (OPF) de 1 875 000 actions représentant 25% de l’offre au public.
- Un placement global de 5 625 000 actions, soit 75% de l’offre au public, auprès d’investisseurs institutionnels désirant acquérir au minimum pour un montant de 250 000 dinars.
L’opération est pilotée par Mac SA, intermédiaire en bourse introducteur et évaluateur. Les souscriptions seront ouvertes le 15 décembre 2022 et se poursuivront jusqu’au 23 décembre 2022, inclus.
