TUNIS – UNIVERSNEWS – Dans tout pays démocratique, le citoyen est considéré comme innocent –dans n’importe quel crime-, jusqu’à ce que la justice prouve sa culpabilité. Malheureusement, en Tunisie, par les temps qui courent, on est tous coupables, jusqu’à preuve du contraire… ce qui est aberrant et en contradiction avec les droits de l’Homme les plus élémentaires.
Les droits les plus élémentaires du Tunisien ne sont plus respectés… et on nous parle, encore, de démocratie !!! L’enseignement est en panne et plus de 150 mille élèves n’ont pas eu une seule de cours, depuis le 15 septembre 2022, date de la rentrée scolaire. Le comble est qu’ils sont partis en vacances pour une semaine, sans être entrés en classe… et allez comprendre le phénomène.
Pour les services de santé… on a honte d’en parler, parce que les aberrations se multiplient, avec des services de santé submergés dans les hôpitaux, avec des patients qui doivent se présenter, dès 6h00 du matin pour s’inscrire et dont le tour n’arrive qu’après 10h00 au mieux, s’ils ont un peu de chance. Ils doivent attendre dans des salles encombrées où ils risquent d’attraper une nouvelle maladie… et, là, on se demande s’il y a un meilleur moyen pour bafouer ce sacro-saint droit à la santé dans d’autres pays.
En plus, après l’examen, on indique au patient que les médicaments ne sont pas disponibles à l’hôpital et on lui « offre » une ordonnance, alors que, parfois, certains n’ont même pas de quoi prendre le bus –qui n’est pas toujours disponible- pour rentrer chez eux. Le pire est que, même s’il a de quoi les acheter, le citoyen ne trouve pas ces médicaments dans les pharmacies, avec une pénurie de pas moins de 350 médicaments –et cela va en empirant-, parce qu’on n’a plus les moyens de payer ni les importations, ni les fournisseurs locaux qui se plaignent de la situation dans laquelle ils ont été mis, depuis la « révolution ».
Et, à ce stade, on a le droit de se demander ce qu’ont fait Kaïs Saïed et son gouvernement, pour le citoyen, depuis leur arrivée au pouvoir. Certes, l’héritage est très lourd, mais ils doivent être présents pour régler certains problèmes, au moins, et montrer qu’ils sont là pour le servir, en tant que finalité de tout ce qu’ils entreprennent.
