TUNIS – UNIVERSNEWS – Le feuilleton du projet de cités sportives que compte édifier le groupe Boukhater en Tunisie se poursuit, alors qu’on ne voit pas, encore, ni la couleur, ni les contours, bien qu’il ait obtenu 90% des approbations auprès des établissements publics, à l’instar de la STEG et de la SONEDE pour le réaliser, depuis mars dernier.
Une séance de travail s’est déroulée, aujourd’hui, vendredi 30 septembre 2022, sous la conduite de Mme Sarah Zaafarani Al-Zanzari, Ministre de l’Equipement et de l’Habitat. Elle a été consacrée à l’examen de l’état d’avancement des procédures liées à la mise en œuvre du projet de cités sportives internationales «Boukhater » sur la rive nord du lac de Tunis.
La réunion s’est déroulée en présence du PDG du groupe Boukhater, Afif Béjaoui, du directeur général de la coordination entre les administrations régionales, Mourad Meddeb, de Ghazi Cherif, chargé de mission au cabinet, de la directrice de la construction, Basma Ksontini, et d’un certain nombre de fonctionnaires du ministère.
Au cours de la séance, il a été convenu que l’entreprise s’associerait au ministère de l’Économie et du Développement, qui coordonnerait davantage avec les municipalités et les ministères concernés les révisions du plan directeur, ce qui contribuerait à accélérer l’achèvement effectif de ce projet.
Selon les prévisions, la première tranche de ce mégaprojet « Tunis Sport City » sera fin prête d’ici 2026, alors que le volet de l’investissement et des affaires sera réalisé en 2028, et le reste du projet sera parachevé en 2031.
La première tranche du projet sera bientôt lancée en commençant par les constructions et le terrain du golf selon un nouveau modèle d’aménagement tout en préservant la composante sportive du projet, selon un accord d’investissement.
Tunis Sports City se présente comme un projet multidimensionnel à plusieurs composantes :
- Un volet sportif, offrant quatre académies de formation (football, natation, tennis et golf), aux standards internationaux, en partenariat avec de prestigieux clubs européens.
- Un volet touristique composé de six hôtels de très haut standing, un parcours de golf de neuf trous, sur 53 ha, ainsi qu’un Central Park de 20 ha qui offrira des parcours de santé pédestres et des espaces d’animation et de loisirs.
- Un volet résidentiel de standing international, ouvert sur les berges nord du lac de Tunis, sur le parcours du golf, et sur le Parc Central.
- Un volet Shopping, Retail et Loisirs avec un mall de dimension internationale, implanté sur 13 ha, et une multitude d’espaces verts aménagés et judicieusement répartis sur l’ensemble du projet.
- Un volet Business Zone, avec un quartier d’affaires, répondant aux dernières normes internationales de très haut standing.
- Un volet animation, avec une corniche de 3 km sur les berges nord du Lac de Tunis, accessible au grand public, avec ses terrasses et ses composantes d’animation et de loisirs.
Ce projet devrait être réalisé pour un coût global fixé à 5,5 milliards de dollars et il s’étend sur une superficie de 250 ha aux berges du lac au nord de Tunis.
