TUNIS – UNIVERSNEWS La commune de Hammam-Lif a décidé de mettre en concession le monument historique “Le Casino”, en fixant la durée minimale de référence du contrat de concession à 25 ans.
La mise en concession de ce monument vise la restauration de l’intégrité architecturale, la sauvegarde de l’authenticité patrimoniale et la reconversion aux nouvelles fonctionnalités permettant l’exploitation du Monument à des fins culturelles et touristiques, selon l’Instance générale de partenariat public-privé (IGPPP).
Pour ce faire, un appel d’offres a été lancé. Il s’inscrit dans une dynamique visant à sauver et à redonner vie au patrimoine bâti remarquable porté conjointement par le ministère des Domaines de l’Etat et des Affaires foncières, l’IGPPP, l’Institut National du Patrimoine, avec l’appui du projet “Patrimoine 3000″ mis en œuvre par Expertise France dans le cadre du programme Tounes Wijhetouna cofinancé par l’Union européenne.
Les entités soumissionnaires éligibles à cet appel d’offres sont les personnes physiques et les personnes morales y compris les associations. La commission permanente des concessions procédera à l’ouverture des plis en une séance publique le 05 septembre 2022 à 12h au siège de la municipalité d’Hammam-Lif. La publication des résultats sera faite sur les sites de la Commune d’Hammam-Lif et de l’IGPPP.
A noter que « Le Casino », inauguré en 1894, a été durant plus d’un siècle un lieu phare de la ville et a participé à l’âge d’or de la banlieue sud. Tour à tour hôtel-casino puis salle des fêtes puis bar restaurant, la bâtisse qui a fermé ses portes depuis 2010 s’apprête, une fois rénovée dans les règles de l’art, à livrer un nouveau visage tourné cette fois vers la culture et le tourisme.
