Et d’enchaîner qu’il est conscient du risque qu’il prend en prenant cette décision, car huit ans en prison, ce sera trop dur, mais qu’il reste confiant en la justice. « Après tout, il y a encore deux autres possibilité de recours en appel et de pourvoi en cassation… ».
Dans la même vidéo, et tout assurant qu’il « n’a jamais violé la loi et qu’il croyait bénéficier d’un non-lieu, Sami Fehri a remercié vivement son avocat, Me Abdelaziz Essid qui a été à la hauteur de sa mission.. »
Et de conclure : «Je suis sonné, mais je ne fuirai pas et je suis décidé d’affronter une nouvelle épreuve qui sera une des plus dures de ma vie, mais je demeure confiant et optimiste quant à la vérité qui va éclater au grand jour et que j’obtiendrai, en fin ce compte, gain de cause… »
