TUNIS – UNIVERSNEWS – La balance budgétaire a enregistré, un excédent de 58,8 millions de dinars (MD), durant le premier semestre 2023, contre un déficit de 687 MD, au cours de la même période de l’année dernière, d’après le document de « Résultats provisoires de l’exécution du budget », publié récemment par le ministère de Finances.
Cette amélioration est expliquée par l’accroissement des ressources budgétaires de 6,6%, à 20,58 milliards de dinars, à fin juin 2023, grâce, essentiellement, à la hausse des recettes fiscales (+8,3% à 18,9 milliards de dinars).
Les charges budgétaires ont, à leur tour, augmenté de 7%, à 20,52 milliards de dinars, en raison de la progression, surtout, des dépenses de rémunération (+2,8%, à 10,8 milliards de dinars), des dépenses d’intervention (+15,5%, à 4,6 milliards de dinars) et des charges de financement qui sont les intérêts de la dette (+10,5%, à 2,4 milliards de dinars).
S’agissant des ressources de trésorerie, elles se sont élevées, durant les six premiers mois de 2023, à 5,3 milliards de dinars, provenant de ressources d’emprunts intérieurs et extérieurs. Ces ressources ont été allouées, à hauteur de 96% (soit 5,1 milliards de dinars) au remboursement du principal de la dette.
