TUNIS – UNIVERSNEWS – La loi de l’offre et de la demande, en Tunisie, n’est régie par aucune logique, à tel point qu’elle donne le tournis aux experts les plus chevronnés dans le domaine… surtout que pour certains produits ont plus que doublé, d’une année à l’autre, sans qu’il y ait une explication plausible.
Certes, avec les aléas climatiques, la hausse des engrais et autres intrants, ainsi que des engrais, en plus de la sécheresse qui a fait des ravages, le fléau se situe au niveau de la spéculation et du marché parallèle qui font la loi y occupent la part du lion avec l’absence totale d’un plan fiable et de personnes qui font leur travail convenablement… et c’est là le hic !!!
En amont, il y a une absence manifeste de volonté politique de sanctions contre ce mal endémique… et il suffit de voir la connivences de certains services de l’Etat qui ferment les yeux sur certaines catégories de marchands –en particulier les étalages anarchiques, gérés, en principe, par certaines catégories populaires défavorisées, mais qui sont le domaine de prédilection de la mafia islamiste, en habit afghan, au su et au vu de tout le monde- qui sont la sources du mal.
Il faut, aussi, signaler qu’une certaine pourriture infeste les services de l’Etat, avec certains fonctionnaires de différents bords qui mangent et s’approvisionnent à l’œil.
La gestion du marché de gros de Bir El Kassâa est, aussi, à remodeler, et en y faisant un tour, il est facile pour ses responsables de voir que ce qui se vend dans les camions et qui n’est pas enregistré est plus de deux fois supérieur –sans exagérer- par rapport a ce qui est proposé dans le circuit légal, avec des marchandises enregistrées et pour lesquelles les pauvres agriculteurs et producteurs honnêtes paient les taxes… Les spéculateurs, pour leur part, sont « couvert » par des collaborateurs qui perçoivent, pourtant des salaires, pour faire leur travail pour lequel ils sont payés !!!
Tout cela se fait aux dépens du pauvre citoyen qui paie une facture très salée, avec au moins cinq produits alimentaires ont enregistré une hausse dépassant les 100% de leurs prix de vente en gros au cours du mois d’août 2023, par rapport à la même période de 2022, selon l’observatoire national de l’agriculture (ONAGRI) dans un communiqué. Cette hausse des prix de gros signifie une augmentation des prix de vente de détail aux consommateurs.
Ces données relatives à l’évolution de l’approvisionnement et aux prix des principaux produits de base au niveau du marché de gros de Bir El Kassâa au cours du mois d’août 2023, montrent une régression des quantités de 19 produits en fruits, légumes et poissons.
Ainsi, les prix de 19 produits parmi le panier des fruits, légumes et poissons ont enregistré des variations à la hausse. La hausse des prix est de l’ordre de 134 % par kg pour la pastèque, dont le prix est passé de 0,442 dinar au cours du mois d’août 2022 à 1,032 dinar au cours du mois d’août 2023.
Cette hausse a concerné les prix de piment fort (120% à 2,174 dinars au cours du mois d’août sur une base annuelle), de raisin (105%), de melon (101%), des pêches ( 42%) , du persil ( 12%) et des pommes de terre (11%) .
Au cours du mois d’août 2023, les prix du poisson ont augmenté à des proportions variables. La hausse est relative aux prix d’un kg de dorade coryphène (24%), de rouget (21%), de Merlan (14% à 13,051 dinars), et de Sardine (7% à 3,851 dinars).
L’approvisionnement du marché a enregistré une baisse en quantités de pastèques (49%), de raisin (24%), de melon (44%) , de pêche (42%) et de poires (9%) , de piment doux (21%) , de tomate de (1% ), de Rouget ( 49%) , de Sardine ( 5%), de Chinchard (35%) et de Pataclet (22%)
En contrepartie, l’approvisionnement du marché en certains produits a marqué une hausse en quantités de pommes (24%), de pomme de terre (20%), d’oignon (5%), de Seiche (188%), et de Rouget (12%).
L’ONAGRI a eu, certainement, honte de parler des bananes à 20 dinars le kilo, les figues dont le prix a dépassé, à un certain moment, les 25 dinars, les courges qui sont devenues inabordables et autres multiples produits.
C’est une équation que le gouvernement et, spécialement, le ministère du Commerce qui prend des décisions qui font rire, doivent résoudre. L’Etat a les moyens de sévir et de mettre fin à cette mascarade !!!
