TUNIS – UNIVERSNEWS – L’Italie envisage d’accueillir des milliers de Tunisiens pour travailler dans différents secteurs d’activités, selon l’ambassadeur italien en Tunisie, Fabrizio Saggio.
Au terme d’un entretien avec le chef du cabinet du ministre de l’emploi et de la formation professionnelle, Saggio a affirmé la disposition de son pays à accroitre la coopération avec la Tunisie dans le domaine de l’emploi des compétences dans les différents secteurs économiques, dans le cadre de l’application d’une convention de partenariat avec la Tunisie dont la signature est prévue prochainement.
Dans un communiqué rendu public, le ministère de l’emploi a précisé que les deux parties ont examiné les moyens de réaliser un projet pilote pour l’emploi de près de 40 jeunes, parmi les diplômés de la formation professionnelle inscrits dans les bureaux de l’emploi, pour le compte des entreprises italiennes qui opèrent dans le secteur du bâtiment et des travaux publics. Des sessions de formation, sont prévues au profit des bénéficiaires, en langue italienne et en sécurité dans les chantiers.
Le succès de ce projet pilote balisera la voie pour l’emploi des milliers de tunisiens dans des entreprises italiennes, a encore souligné l’ambassadeur, tout en saluant les compétences tunisiennes. Selon la même source, le chef du cabinet du ministre de l’emploi, Abdelkader Jammali, a notamment souligné l’impératif de réussir cette expérience-pilote afin de répondre efficacement aux besoins des sociétés en matière de ressources humaines et contribuer ainsi à renforcer la compétitivité des sociétés cibles.
