TUNIS – UNIVERSNEWS Le Conseil National des Greffiers des Tribunaux de Commerce et le GIE Infogreffe ont formalisé un accord de coopération avec le Centre National du Registre des Entreprises de Tunisie.
Cet accord est une étape importante dans les relations qui unissent les institutions depuis plusieurs années. Les greffiers des tribunaux de commerce ont en effet apporté leur soutien au RNE dans la mise en place de son registre des bénéficiaires effectifs.
En effet, les trois entités ont également œuvré à la création de l’AFREC (Alliance Francophone des Registres du Commerce qui compte désormais plus de 20 membres).
L’accord signé ce jour permettra notamment d’intensifier les travaux sur les échanges d’informations et d’expertise concernant tant l’évolution des législations que le savoir-faire métier et technique ainsi que les méthodes utilisées en matière de tenue des registres légaux.
Cet accord pose également un cadre d’échange prospectif sur les sujets communs liés à la transparence dans la vie des affaires et la lutte contre les fraudes, le blanchiment des capitaux et le financement du terrorisme.
Il est à noter que l’accord vise à mettre en commun ou initier des réflexions avec les milieux juridique, judiciaire professionnels et universitaires sur la tenue des registres de publicité légale et à soutenir les publications dans ce cadre.
