Le président de la République a souligné que l’administration est censée servir les citoyens en toute impartialité. Il a souligné qu’une commission doit être créée dans chaque minisitère, pour étudier tous les cas litigieux, surtout ceux qui avaient obtenu leurs emplois, grâce à des diplômes falsifiés
