Mais, hélas, la réalité sur le terrain montre quelque chose de différent et suspect… A-t-on importé des bananes à un coût qui peut permettre de les commercialiser au prix fixé ? Si, c’est oui, où sont-elles passées, alors que les marchands du détail les écoulent –sous le manteau- à plus de neuf dinars le kilo ?? Où se situe la faille qui a permis aux barons de la contrebande de s’en accaparer ???
C’est la même chose pour « nos » pommes, à une différence près, c’est qu’on ne trouve que celles qui sont immangeables, de petit calibre –vendues, avant Ramadhan, à moins de trois dinars au grand maximum- alors que les « autres » n’apparaissent plus dans les étals.
Ce sont là de simples exemples de ce que peuvent faire les barons de la contrebande et leurs compères, afin que les prix ne baissent, jamais… comme les fraises dont les prix ont flambé, passant de cinq dinars le kilo, avant le mois saint, pour se stabiliser, maintenant, au niveau de 8 à 10 dinars le kilo… soit, presque le double !!!
C’est le cas, aussi, pour le sucre dont l’approvisionnement a été promis, par le ministère du commerce, alors qu’il est écoulé au marché noir au triple du prix légal, parfois, et le café, avec l’obligation de consommer de « l’importé » qui coûte trois fois plus… et and so on… et and so on !!!
On a fait croire au citoyen que ce sera le paradis… mais, le chemin est semé d’embuches, et le citoyen n’est pas prêt de prendre les vessies pour des chandelles !!!
