Le premier substitut du procureur du tribunal de première instance à Sfax 2, Majdi Kammoun, a indiqué que l’unité de la Garde douanière à Skhira avait interpellé, vendredi soir, le juge en question à bord de son véhicule, où ils y ont découvert dissimulées, des quantités conséquentes de devises et de métal jaune qui s’avère être de l’or.
Le Parquet a autorisé la mise en garde à vue du juge et de son frère, les deux faisant usage de la voiture dans leurs transports, outre la saisie du véhicule et de son contenu, a indiqué la même source, précisant que l’instruction de l’enquête se poursuit en vue de déterminer les responsabilités.
