TUNIS – UNIVERSNEWS – L’audience consacrée à l’examen du recours intenté contre la décision de prolonger de quatre mois la durée de détention des accusés dans l’affaire dite du « complot contre la sûreté de l’Etat » a été reportée au 21 septembre courant.
Le 13 juillet dernier, la chambre d’accusation près la Cour d’appel de Tunis avait rejeté la demande de libération de Khiyam Turki, Abdelhamid Jlassi, Ridha Belhadj, Ghazi Chaouachi, Jawher Ben Mbarek et Issam Chebbi, détenus dans l’affaire dite du « complot contre la sûreté de l’Etat ».
Le comité de défense avait déposé, le 22 août dernier, un recours contre la décision de la chambre d’accusation près la Cour d’appel de Tunis de prolonger de quatre mois la période de détention des accusés dans cette affaire.
Un rassemblement de solidarité avec les détenus dans cette affaire a été organisé, ce jeudi matin, devant la Cour d’appel de Tunis, pour réclamer leur libération des détenus et le classement de l’affaire.
