TUNIS – UNIVERSNEWS Durant trois jours consécutifs, dans deux lieux différents, des rêves seront créés et des personnalités révélées. Les « Journées de la Mode », à Sfax et Tunis, mettront en lumière des créateurs dont le parcours d’études est achevé et le tracé professionnel encore en devenir.
Cet événement honorera des talents venus de Tunisie, du Maghreb et de la rive Nord de la Méditerranée.
La création vestimentaire contemporaine est au cœur de ces « Journées de la Mode » ; Quels vêtements, comment puiser dans le répertoire artistique et culturel de chacun sans se perdre dans le folklore, quelle(s) mode(s) en Tunisie aujourd’hui… et demain ?
À l’heure où les préoccupations environnementales sont dominantes, c’est donc la mode qui se régénère, qui prend conscience de ses abus écologiques et revient vers des fondamentaux comme vers les savoir-faire ; les nouvelles générations de stylistes en sont pleinement conscientes ; elles travaillent le réemploi, le surcyclage et font la part belle à la préservation et la transmission des savoir-faire et le programme tunisien Moodha Okhra, très impliqué dans cette sensibilisation des acteurs de la mode tunisienne se joint cette année à cette dynamique.
Une rencontre-débat sur le thème « La mode se régénère : mythe ou réalité ? », réunira les stylistes conviés au défilé, le programme Moodha Okhra et des professionnels du secteur.
Un défilé sert d’écrin à cela : Dix silhouettes par créateur seront présentées successivement aux publics comme à la presse et aux partenaires de la manifestation ; il sera initié à Tunis, le mardi 11 juillet, et se clôturera à Sfax, le jeudi 13 juillet.
