D’après des données publiées lundi sur le site de la bourse de Tunis, l’Assemblée Générale Ordinaire de la société a approuvé les états financiers consolidés de l’exercice clos le 31 décembre 2022 se soldant par un total bilan 131.699.279 DT et un résultat net du groupe de 25.851.047 DT et des intérêts des minoritaires de 2.865 DT.
L’AGO a décidé d’affecter les résultats bénéficiaires de l’exercice, clos le 31 décembre 2022, et s’élevant à 25.980.181,769 DT, soit un dividende de 0,470 dinar par action (43,12% du nominal).
Les actionnaires minoritaires de la SOTIPAPIER sont convoqués une seconde fois à une Assemblée Générale Elective AGE, devant se tenir le jeudi 27 juillet 2023 à 9h au siège social de la société à l’effet de délibérer sur l’ordre du jour relatif à l’Election d’un nouvel administrateur représentant les actionnaires minoritaires de la Société et les pouvoirs pour formalités.
