TUNIS – UNIVERSNEWS – Les auto-écoles constituent un maillon de la chaîne de la prévention et de la sécurité routière dont le bon rendement ne pourra que réduire l’hécatombe sur nos routes. La conduite automobile s’effectue dans une anarchie totale et se caractérise d’un incivisme hallucinant qui, ces dernières années, a eu pour conséquence une augmentation désastreuse des accidents de la circulation qui ont augmenté de 29% du 1er janvier au 26 juin 2023 soit 548 décès contre 422 l’année dernière en 2022.
Plusieurs mesures ont été prises par les autorités compétentes afin de lutter contre ce phénomène qui ne cesse d’endeuiller des familles entières. Le facteur humain est largement pointé du doigt. Mais faut-il porter la responsabilité des accidents aux seuls conducteurs ?
Le Président de l’Association Tunisienne des Jeunes Formateurs en conduite et de la sécurité routière, Mohamed Aloulou, a souligné que l’ objectif de son association est d’enraciner la Culture de la sécurité routière auprès de nos jeunes anges dès leur jeune âge afin de les sensibiliser des dangers de la route, de leur apprendre les principes de la bonne conduite sur route et de préparer de futurs bons conducteurs conscients de l’importance du respect des lois et du code de la route.
Les jeunes formateurs d’auto-école suivent régulièrement des cours de formation continue, non seulement parce qu’ils sont obligatoires, mais aussi pour rester à la pointe .Ils sont prêts à reconnaître les changements comme tels, à les accepter et à adapter leur comportement en conséquence. 500 jeunes ont déjà ouvert leurs centres de formation .Ce qui permettra d’offrir 2500 emplois et des entrées fiscales pour le pays.
Aloulou a exigé l’abrogation de l’arrêté ministériel du 14 novembre 2016, fixant les conditions d’exercice du métier de formateur dans le domaine des règles de circulation et de sécurité routière, de la formation dans le domaine de la conduite automobile et de la formation des stagiaires dans le domaine de la conduite automobile.
Il a précisé que les stagiaires dans le domaine de la conduite et de la sécurité routière ne peuvent exercer en privé que s’ils obtiennent le Certificat d’Aptitude Professionnelle de formation en conduite et en sécurité routière. L’arrêté exige aussi un certificat «chef d’établissement» délivré selon un concours et selon un quota.
Aloulou insiste sur la libération de l’initiative soulignant que ce certificat, créé en 1993, avait été rejeté car il contenait des conditions restrictives à l’exercice de la profession d’autant plus qu’il est inéquitable.
