TUNIS – UNIVERSNEWS – La cour d’appel criminelle, spécialisée dans l’examen des affaires de terrorisme près la cour d’appel de Tunis, a examiné aujourd’hui le dossier de l’attentat terroriste de la ville de Ben Guerdane le 7 mars 2016, et a décidé de surseoir à l’examen de l’affaire jusqu’en novembre prochain.
Le dossier de l’attentat terroriste de la ville de Ben Guerdane comptait 77 suspects, dont 43 en état d’arrestation, 25 en liberté et 9 en fuite.
Soixante-douze accusés ont été inculpés pour crimes terroristes, meurtres et association de malfaiteurs pour comploter contre la sûreté de l’État, alors que 5 autres ont bénéficié d’un non-lieu pour insuffisance de preuves. Il s’est avéré que parmi les accusés figuraient des ressortissants libyens qui avaient participé à la préparation de l’attentat contre Ben Guerdane.
Des recherches ont montré qu’un groupe d’éléments terroristes armés affiliés à l’organisation terroriste Daech présente dans le pays libyen a délibérément conclu un accord entre eux dans le but d’attaquer la ville de Ben Guerdane et de cibler les quartiers généraux sécuritaire et militaire et les services vitaux, en vue de les contrôler et d’établir un émirat terroriste.
