La dernière affaire dans ce domaine est celle où un chef d’entreprise de mise en bouteille de cette précieuse denrée, et le parquet près le tribunal de première Instance à Sidi Bouzid, a ordonné, vendredi, l’ouverture d’une enquête sur la suspicion de pratiques spéculatives concernant la disparition de 18 tonnes 686 litres d’huile subventionnée au niveau d’une entreprise de mise en bouteille.
Le premier substitut du procureur de la République, Jaber Ghanmi, a indiqué que l’entreprise en question, a expliqué la disparition de plusieurs tonnes d’huile d’olives, par «une panne technique survenue sur la machinerie».
L’instruction de l’enquête se basera sur le soupçon de spéculation, la formation d’une entente en vue d’atteinte aux biens et personnes, fraude, dissimulation de justificatifs pouvant mener à un crime et blanchiment d’argent.
